Divorce: A Living Death or Not

For the month of April, The F Trauma Podcast featured two guests who spoke about their experiences with overcoming the stigmas of divorce in today's society.

Establishing a relationship with my Higher Self was the first step to overcoming traumas of divorce. I become a Reiki Master/Teacher and seven years later, growing stronger within daily, Reiki has assisted in overcoming a part in my life where I thought I was going to die, mentally and emotionally.

Divorce is a major life change that can bring about feelings of grief, loss, and uncertainty. The process of healing from divorce can be challenging, but incorporating yoga and Reiki into your self-care routine can be an effective way to support yourself through the journey.

Yoga is a powerful tool for healing because it helps to connect the body and mind. Through mindful movement and breathwork, yoga can help to release physical and emotional tension, which can be particularly helpful during a time of emotional upheaval. Yoga also provides a sense of grounding and stability, which can be comforting during a time when everything may feel up in the air.
In addition to yoga, Reiki is a holistic healing practice that can help to promote relaxation and balance in the body.

Reiki involves the use of gentle touch or hands hovering above the body to facilitate energy flow and promote healing. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels healing energy to the client, which can help to reduce stress, release tension, and promote a sense of well-being.

Together, yoga and Reiki can provide a holistic approach to healing from divorce. Yoga can help to release physical and emotional tension, while Reiki can facilitate a deep sense of relaxation and promote healing on a subtle level.
